Afghanistan, convened in March of 2002.
- Following the election of President Vojislav Kostunica,
the first Yugoslavia reconstruction and development
conference, held in November of 2000.
- In the wake of deadly floods in Venezuela, the
first Venezuelan reconstruction conference in March
of 2000.
- Responding to the devastating earthquakes in Turkey,
a major Turkish reconstruction conference in January
of 2000.
- The first post-war reconstruction conference on
Kosovo and the surrounding countries in June of 1999.
- In the aftermath of Hurricane Mitch, the first
reconstruction conference on Central America in December
of 1998.
- The first post-war reconstruction conference on
Bosnia and Herzegovina, held in January of 1996.
